Hello, my name is Jaquelyne Quintero and I am the Founder and Owner of Blue Diamond Services. I am a first generation Latinx Woman who's been exposed to multiple industries but found the love for cleaning in 2017. With the help of my trusted team I was able to officially establish Blue Diamond Services in October 2019.
Since then I have had the privilege of impacting not only my employees but my clients' lives one cleaning at a time! My mission is to show the world that cleaning is not a destination but an ongoing journey of safety and continual progress. We believe in the power of cleaning. There is a 72 hour cancellation notice. To avoid a $90 rescheduling and/or cancellation fee please notify us a minimum of 72 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid any fees.
We are fully insured and provide workers compensation insurance to our employees to ensure all our clients have that extra liability for yours and our employees safety.
Our certified technicians are experienced with multiple lockboxes. If you provide proper information on how to safely enter the property and exit the property we can definitely clean the property. (We strongly recommend someone is present in the beginning and in the end to do initial and final walkthrough however it is NOT necessary.)
It is recommended to inform us 2 to 3days in advance. For weekends do notify as soon as you have a date to confirm that we have availability. Our office representatives will do their best to accommodate your schedule. We book on a first come first serve basis.
Like most serviced based industries we do our best to provide the most accurate time frames. However, we do hold a 30-45 minute window arrival for all appointments just in case our cleaners run into slight traffic.
